Enable localhost on windows and access from mobile in same LAN

In oder to configure your Windows to let your other devices access, you will need to do following steps:
1- Start -> Search -> cmd
2- Type “ipconfig”
Look for your PC address. If you are using Wifi, then:
Under Wireless LAN adapter Connections wireless network, take note this:
IPv4 Address……: 192.168.x.x
3- Open “Windows Defender Firewall with Advannced Security” (you can easily search for it via Start-> Search)

4- Click “Inbound Rules” -> New Rule…

Choose “Port” as in the image.
Then Next>
5- In Protocol and Ports, put Specific local ports with your port which you want to access:

For example, I set here with port 80, then Next >

6- In “Action”, you set Allow the connection as in the image

7- Then click Next> in Profile tab
8- Then put the Name of the rule and click Finish

After step 8, you will have a Firewall rule to allow other devices to access your local network in your windows.
To access:
Open a browser from you mobile or other PC, type:
http://192.168.x.x (192.168.x.x is taken from step 2)

AFTER SHARING, REMEMBER TO DISABLE OR DELETE THE FIREWALL RULE OF STEP 8, OTHERWISE YOU PC WILL BE VULNABLE TO SECURITY ATTACK.
